Message	It plugs right into the multimedia monitor through a dedicated connection. Not exactly plug and play for the electronics challenged. There are a lot of wires to hook up of course. For me I have a complete Dolby Digital 5.1 system. If you want just bare bones Navi from Alpine, all you need is the NVE 852A and an Alpine monitor like the TME-M760 or TME-M580. Personally though, if I were to go that route, you might as well get the multimedia head unit. I have: ~IVA-C800 (old now Doh!) ~Alpine PXA-H510 Dolby Digital 5.1 processor ~Alpine DHA-S680 6 disc DVD/CD changer ~Alpine NVE-852A DVD Navigation unit Check out: [ http://www.alpine-usa.com ] I eat rice, I don't put rice on my car!
